Silo Repairs

Industrial repair solutions necessitate specialized knowledge and expertise. To commence the repair process, meticulous diagnostic tests are imperative in order to determine the most appropriate sequence of products. In 2023, Bakhressa group, one of Tanzania’s largest conglomerates, undertook the maintenance and repair of their grain storage facilities in Dar. These silos, constructed over six decades ago, demanded a methodical approach that would not disrupt production. Since last year, Satva has been entrusted with the responsibility of executing the necessary repairs at their facility in the Buguruni industrial area. Satva Technical Services is actively engaged in this project, which spans multiple phases including the repair of deteriorating concrete and the subsequent application of a food industry-approved waterproof coating.
