Situated in downtown Dar, Avon Apartments, a multi-story apartment complex features a mix of commercial and residential spaces. After heavy rains, the offices in the basement became uninhabitable due to mould and fungus growth. Our team was assigned the responsibility of preventing dampness in the basement, which was the main reason for the unlivable conditions.
